The Goal:

“How do we boost revenue per visitor?”

At the heart of our work with Ridge there was one simple aim: help customers get more out of every visit. That meant creating a shopping experience that wasn’t just easy to use, but designed to naturally encourage bigger baskets and stronger engagement.

Evolution:

From PDPs to Kits

We started by making the PDP easier to use — simplifying how shoppers explored colors, features, and added to cart. But the real breakthrough came when we evolved it into a kit-building experience.

Instead of just showing one wallet, the page highlighted the full Ridge ecosystem: wallets, accessories, and add-ons all in one view. This gave shoppers a natural way to build their setup without leaving the page. The result was a smoother flow, a more engaging shopping experience, and bigger baskets at checkout.

Our work continued with dedicated landing pages for bundles — built to guide, educate, and help shoppers see the value in pairing products to build routines.

On the homepage, our focus was on clarity and direction. For new visitors especially, the challenge was helping them quickly understand Ridge’s product lineup and find what mattered to them. We restructured the layout around categories and clear paths, making it easier for shoppers to explore wallets, accessories, and bundles without friction. The result was a homepage that welcomed new users and guided them into the funnel faster.

Ridge was known for wallets — the challenge was proving they could do travel too. We built pages that highlighted what made Ridge Travel different: sleek, durable, and designed to stand out from generic gear.
